JLLでは日本市場における不動産投資とホスピタリティ資産の開発をテーマにした「不動産&ホテル投資フォーラム」を毎年秋に開催しております。 2016年10月24日（月）に東京都港区のコンラッド東京で開催した不動産＆ホテル投資フォーラム2016では約300社、約400名が参加しました。 本フォーラムは、日本を代表する投資家、レンダー、運用会社、ホテルオペレーターなど関連業界の皆様に加え、国際的な投資ファンドやアジアマネー を背景とするアセットマネジャーや弁護士の皆様をお迎えし、日本やアジアの不動産市況や動向、今後の展望について見解を共有するフォーラムです。 2016年のフォーラムでは、基調講演として、明治大学公共政策大学院ガバナンス研究科長・教授 / 森記念財団理事 市川 宏雄氏をお迎えし、世界都市 「東京」の競争力、今後の未来についてご講演いただきました。また、JLLの強みであるグローバルなネットワークや知見を活かして、「JLLグローバル不 動産透明度調査」（2016年7月発表）で19位にランクしている日本の不動産市場の透明度や課題、グローバルな視点からみた「セーフ・ヘイブン」として の日本のステータスについて見解を共有しました。最後に、訪日客やレジャー需要を見越して活発化する外資系ブランドによるリゾート開発や、民泊など の宿泊関連ビジネスの規制やその見通しについても、意見交換をいたしました。 Every fall, JLL holds the Real Estate and Hotel Investment Forum which focuses on trends and insights of real estate and hotel investments in the Japanese market. The Real Estate and Hotel Investment Forum 2016 took place on October 24, 2016, at the Conrad Tokyo, reaching maximum capacity with attendance from approximately 300 companies. Forum attendees include representatives of various related industries including some of Japan's leading investors, lenders, real estate operating companies and hotel operators as well as asset managers and lawyers representing international investment funds, including Asian and Global funds. All parties attending the forum share their expertise on trends in the Japanese and Global real estate markets and prospects for the future. At the 2016 forum, the keynote speech was provided by Dr. Hiroo Ichikawa, Professor and Dean at the Professional Graduate School of Governance Studies, Meiji University and Executive Director of The Mori Memorial Foundation, who made a presentation entitled Tokyo and its Future in a Global Context. JLL’s global network and knowledge, which are strengths of the company, were harnessed to share information on transparency in the Japanese real estate market, which was ranked 19th in the “JLL Global Real Estate Transparency Survey" (Announced in July, 2016), as well as issues affecting the market and the status of Japan as a safe haven when viewed from a global perspective. Finally, opinions were exchanged over topics including the development of resorts in Japan by foreign-owned brands seeking to take advantage of the increase in inbound travel to Japan and the demand for leisure, as well as regulations on accommodation- related businesses such as the new industry of short-term rentals in private homes and prospects for the industry. |
